I paid eight dollars for the all-in-one Gro kit on 16 February said it would be delivered on the 22nd then it said the 24th I noticed on the tracking that from the 20th to the 27th. It was still the same facility somewhere up north, but didn’t say where, Usps kept saying the check finally I called them on the 28th or the 29th and they finally said my package was lost so I need a refund now it’s saying that it was delivered Yesterday that is false, it was never delivered, OK, so I ended up ordering a different company and I got it in three days but easy owes me my money back,, The photo I have here is the paperwork that came with the other company not from easy show OK OK OK
Kit shipped incomplete no spores, directions with kit were not very clear
I’ve been waiting since feb 16th I ordered and paid ,, I’ve been calling texting emailing since the 22nd which was delivery date ,, they finally said lost package on feb27th,, I’ve been calling for a refund , if you look at texts you will see the emails and frustration I’ve had. ,, I already ordered from Amazon , so I just need my payment back in my account , please
The kit we received as a gift did not have a QR code nor any instructions. Upon further research this kit while titled “complete” does not come with any mushroom cultures. It would be nice for us non-pro mushroom growers if this was made clear in both the description and the instructions.

Received everything and was excited to use the string to innoculate but it looked like the flap holding the square wasn't completely sealed. I went ahead and used it as instructed. Hopefully it works and it doesn't waste the spores.... All in all pretty happy so far. Gotta see if it doesn't get air in the bag. I put some kind of tape to help seal it but no guarantees.

The grain spawn. I ordered 2 bags. he one bag is completely soaked in the inside for no reason and became moldy in 24 hours after 1/4 syringe of inoculation. The other bag didn't get moist at all or sprouts anything. After a couple weeks
I tried 2 inoculations in the bag that didn't do anything. And one in the other bag. And it became moldy in about 24 hours. I made sure everything was sterilized and kept it in a semi dark place with a steady temperature of 70 degrees. I would like to order more bags from you not I don't understand the inconstancy of the results of both bags in exactly the same environment. Offer a solution? I would like to try it again. This is a long term goal for me and I'm looking for a reliable source

I opened my box and the mushrooms were already growing. I gave a five star review because of the warranty on the box. Can’t wait to get another kit and get started growing.
All seems as it should, good colonizing, easy to do with this kit. I'll put it to fruiting conditions in 9 days or so. I also recommend Boomer Shroomer videos on youtube for getting ideas and confidence.
