Returns & Refunds Policy

Our goal is to make growing shrooms easy, so we want your grows to be successful. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us so we can help you with a replacement or return.


When buying from this website, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase in which to exchange or return the item with some exceptions noted here. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may decline your request.

We require that all shipments be inspected immediately upon delivery. Damages and discrepancies must be reported through the customer support page on our website within 72 hours of receipt. In the case a product arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, will send replacements for damaged items or missing parts at our cost.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

To complete any return or exchange, we require proof of purchase in the form of your original order number or confirmation email. Return requests lacking proof of purchase may be denied.

We reserve the right to limit refunds, returns, and exchanges at our discretion in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.

Discontinued and closeout items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

To request authorization for a return, reach out to us through the customer support page on our website. After submitting a return request, we will verify the details submitted and reach out to you via email within 48 hours to proceed.

All return requests are subject to investigation by and will be authorized or denied based on details surrounding the issue at hand. Customers must comply with the investigation and provide information as requested. may refuse returns if insufficient or unclear information is provided or if the issue appears to be user error.

If your return is authorized, you will receive an email with the address of the warehouse the item(s) should be shipped back to and instructions for the return. Please make sure to include your full name or order number inside the box with the return to ensure a speedy refund process.

Once you have shipped the item, email the tracking number to the Support Team. Failure to inform us of your tracking number will result in your refund being delayed, and in some cases even forfeited, so make sure to retain proof of return shipment and delivery.

For goods not produced by Easy Shroom, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been marked “Shipped” it is considered fulfilled and will require a return request subject to shipping and processing fees, if applicable. Please contact us through the customer support page on as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Your order is not considered canceled until you have been notified verbally or by email. Special Order items are not eligible for cancellation.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. reserves the right to limit refunds if item is deemed ineligible for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item that is returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If your refund is approved, you will be notified by email and the appropriate amount will be issued to the original form of payment with possible exceptions at our discretion. Returns for purchases made with Easy Shroom Rewards will be refunded in Easy Shroom Rewards Points.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded except due to a shipping error, shipping damage or manufacturer defect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please purchase insurance for your return package with the carrier of your choice. is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen return items.

All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds Time Frame

Rest assured, we will immediately issue your refund once your return is approved. However, please note that your card’s issuing financial institution may take some time to apply refunds to your account. Some banks will do this within a day, but most take 3-14 business days.

If you still have not received a refund 15 business days after our refund approval email, please contact your card’s issuing financial institution for more information.
